Meetings are booked three ways:

  • Once you’ve installed the Chrome extension, you can propose a meeting directly within your email by selecting the “/” hotkey and sending off your email. Once the recipient clicks a proposed time to confirm, the meeting is automatically scheduled. This is the most common way to book meetings.

  • You can also create a meeting at any time by selecting the Undock chrome extension icon on the upper right of your browser and selecting “create meeting.” This will bring up a dynamic booking page that adjusts proposed times based on the attendees you include.

  • Lastly, if you send someone a booking page link, they can request time on your calendar directly through your real-time booking page.
